Our Return & Exchange Policy

Every piece we create is made to order, just for you. That means we craft your hoodie dress, your leggings, your cozy layers only after you place your order—no mass production, no warehouse full of stock.

Because of this, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds—except when something arrives damaged or not quite right on our end.

We want you to absolutely love what lands on your doorstep. Please take a moment to check your sizing before you order. You'll find our size chart on each product page to help you find your perfect fit.


You Have 30 Days

From the day your package arrives, you have 30 calendar days to reach out if something's off—whether it's a sizing question, a quality concern, or anything else.

After those 30 days, we won't be able to process exchanges, resends, or refunds.


What If the Size Isn't Right?

We get it—sometimes sizing can feel like guesswork, especially when shopping online. If your piece doesn't fit the way you hoped, we're happy to make you a new one in a different size.

We'll ask you to cover a small handling fee + shipping to send the new size your way.

To request a resend, email us at support@slowmoons.com within 30 days with:

  • Your order number
  • The size you received
  • The size you'd like instead

We'll walk you through the next steps from there.


A Note on Promotional Orders

If you ordered with a discount code, promotion, or received a free gift, those orders are final sale. We can't exchange or refund them—unless something arrives damaged or incorrect.

We just want to make sure you get it right the first time, so double-check that sizing before you complete your order.


Received Something Damaged or Incorrect?

Oh no—we're so sorry if something went wrong on our end.

If your piece arrived damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right. We'll send you a free replacement—no charge, no hassle.

Just email support@slowmoons.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo or short video showing the issue
  • Your full delivery address
  • A contact phone number

We may need to see the issue to process your replacement quickly.
