We want your experience with Slow Moons to feel as good as slipping into your favorite hoodie dress. Every piece is made to order, wrapped with care, and sent your way with all the details you need to know exactly when to expect it.


Shipping & Delivery

Because every item is crafted just for you, we take a little time to make it right. Orders are processed Monday through Friday (we rest on postal holidays, just like you should).

Processing Time: 5–7 business days
We're making your piece, checking the details, and getting it ready to ship.

Delivery Time: 5–7 business days
Once it leaves us, it's on its way to you.

Total Time: About 10–14 business days from order to doorstep.

Please know that delivery can take a bit longer during holidays, big sales, or unexpected moments—severe weather, global shipping delays, things beyond our control. We'll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as we can.


Shipping Cost

We keep it simple:

  • Flat Rate: $4.99 + $3 per additional item
  • Hawaii & Alaska: $25.99 for the first item + $10 per additional item
  • Free Shipping on orders over $150
  • We Ship Worldwide

We're sorry, but at this time we don't ship to U.S. military bases. We wish we could.


Tracking Your Order

Once your package ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking link. Give it 1–3 days to activate in the carrier's system.

If your tracking doesn't show movement right away, don't worry—that's normal. Updates will appear once the carrier scans your package and it starts moving.


If Your Address Isn't Quite Right

Please double-check your address before you complete your order. If a package comes back to us because the address was incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable—or if it's marked "return to sender"—we'll refund the product subtotal once it arrives back. Shipping and handling fees can't be refunded.

We're not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses or forwarding requests made directly to the carrier after we've shipped.


Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking says your package was delivered but you haven't seen it yet, it might still be on its way (sometimes carriers mark it early). Reach out to us and we'll help you look into it.

If the carrier confirms your package is truly lost, we'll replace or refund your order.

If something's missing from your shipment, it may have been sent separately. Check for multiple tracking emails, or just email us and we'll verify what's happening.


A Note on Promotional Orders

If you used a discount code, promotion, or received a free gift with your order, those purchases are final sale. We can't exchange or return them—unless something arrives damaged or not quite right. If that happens, reach out and we'll make it right.
